Patience, Care, and Professionalism is what we will provide when you choose Granite & Kitchen Gallery.
Below is some information and steps you can take to expedite the start process:
- To put your job in progress, our office requires a rough drawing with dimensions to obtain an approximate job cost. When you decide to buy granite from us, you will be required to sign a contract that also requires a 60% deposit prior to starting the Granite fabrication.
- Upon contract signing and completion of your natural stone color choice, please allow about 2-4 days for a field measurement team to arrive at your home to draw templates. Your installation will take place in approximately 2-3 weeks. (We will work with the customer’s schedule).
- Due to the nature of our business, scheduling measures and installations cannot be pinpointed to exact dates and times. Please allow yourself plenty of time to accommodate the fabrication/installation process.
- Please be advised that your estimated price is subject to change following the field measure and may incur an additional charge. If such changes do occur, you will be notified before fabrication begins.
- You need to allow 24 hours after installation of your granite tops before scheduling a plumber to install your sink or other accessories if needed.
- In order for the installation to go smoothly, please have all appliances (i.e., sinks, cook-tops, faucets, soap dispensers, water purifiers, etc.) on site and dishwasher level and in place at the time of installation to avoid delays and a $250 trip charge for any additional trips made. We also offer removal.
- Please have your final payment ready at the completion of your installation made payable to G & K Gallery Inc.
